We understand that every individual has unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Our goal is to help patients remain as comfortable as possible while providing guidance, education, and support for loved ones throughout the hospice journey.

Our interdisciplinary team may include nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, and other healthcare professionals who collaborate to create individualized plans of care. By focusing on symptom management and patient-centered support, we strive to bring peace of mind to those we serve.

Corey Craig

CEO, LNHA, MBA

Corey has overseen healthcare operations in the nursing home industry in the state of Kansas since 2015. He obtained his MBA with an emphasis in leadership and is a licensed nursing home administrator. Corey brings his expertise in finance, human resources, and compliance. In his time as an administrator, he operated and maintained only 5 star rated facilities and achieved three deficiency-free surveys.

Jasmine Bell

Jasmine is a Kansas City native who has worked in healthcare since 2011 and hospice since 2018. Jasmine brings expertise in quality patient care, customer service, and dementia care. Jasmine is a Certified Hospice & Palliative Care Nurse and a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
